Our Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from PotjieKing.
What does this limited warranty cover?
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.
During the Warranty Period, PotjieKing will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
Note: If you have damaged your PotjieKing by accident or due to misuse and it is therefore exempt from the warranty, please do contact us and we will quote you on repairing your unit. Transport costs will then be for your account.
What will we do to correct problems?
PotjieKing will either repair the Product at no charge, using new replacement parts or replace the entire unit.
How long does the coverage last?
The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from PotjieKing is 5 years from the date of purchase. A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good from the date of purchase.
What does this limited warranty not cover?
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
- conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
- misuse.
What is my Warranty number?
Your order number will become your warranty number once the purchase has been completed. Please retain your proof of purchase or register your PotjieKing with us by emailing info@potjieking.com.
